NOTE:  A special meeting of the Association will be held on March 10, 2010 at 7:00pm at 2572 Shelburne Road, Shelburne, VT to discuss and adopt amendments to the declarations and bylaws regarding Fannie Mae & Freedie Mac regluations/rental caps.

Monthly Board meeting are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm at unit 190.

Please note that meetings may be canceled if there is not enough business to discuss so please call or email Appletree Bay Property Management if you plan on attending in advance.
